Yes. In order to attend the event, you must book your room directly through our travel concierge.
Is this event refundable?
This event is non-refundable.
With every ticket can you bring a guest for free?
Yes, with each ticket type you're able to bring a guest for free.
If I purchase a ticket now, can I upgrade it later?
Yes, if tickets are still available, you will be able to upgrade your ticket.
If I don't bring a guest, will my ticket be half off?

Do I need a passport?

Yes. Childcare services are available at the resort.

Can my children attend the sessions?
Children 0 to 15 cannot attend the sessions. However, there are childcare services available at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites for ages 4-12. Parents will be responsible for securing childcare for ages 0-3 and 13-15. For children ages 16+, you may utilize your Free Guest ticket or a ticket must be purchased.
Are payment plans available?

Is travel included with my event ticket or room costs?
No, you are responsible for travel costs.
